Notification of availability of external audit report contemplated in regulation 34 of the EIA Regulations, 2014 (as amended)
Bowler Properties (Two) Pty Ltd. was authorised in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended) to undertake the expansion of its existing industrial facility on portion 1 of Farm 1460, Philippi.
Construction of the project commenced in February 2021, and Infinity Environmental was appointed to provide Environmental Control Officer services. An external audit to determine compliance with the conditions of the environmental authorisation and Environmental Management Programme has been conducted in terms of Regulation 34 of the EIA Regulations, 2014. The first audit took place on 28 July 2021 and an Environmental Audit Report was submitted to the competent authority on Friday 27 August 2021.
