THE PROPOSED EXPANSION OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ON FARM CA1460/1, PHILIPPI, CAPE TOWN
The Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning (DEA&DP) has granted environmental authorisation and approved the Environmental Management Programme for the proposed expansion of industrial development on farm 1460/1 at Springfield Road, Philippi, in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 and the 2014 Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations (as amended).
The environmental authorisation is dated and was issued on 01 December 2020.

An appeal may be lodged against this decision in terms of the National Appeal Regulations 2014 (as amended).
