ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION FOR THE PROPOSED NEW BULK OUTFALL PIPELINE AND THE REHABILITATION OF THE EXISTING BULK OUTFALL PIPELINE IN MONTAGUE GARDENS, CAPE TOWN
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning, the competent authority, has granted environmental authorisation for proposed construction of a bulk outfall pipeline and the rehabilitation of the existing bulk outfall pipeline in Montague Gardens. The environmental authorisation was granted on 22 June 2022 and is provided below for perusal.
